Steve DeNunzio - Second Full Term
Since 2015, Mr. DeNunzio has served as senior lecturer and director of the Master in Business Logistics Engineering program for The Max. M. Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. Mr. DeNunzio previously served as technical program manager for lululemon athletica, senior project manager for Bob Evans Foods, and project manager for DSW Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati and formerly served as council commissioner and executive board member for the Simon Kenton Council of the Boy Scouts of America. Mr. DeNunzio and wife, Denise, reside in Pickerington with their son and daughter. The family attends Epiphany Lutheran Church.
DeeAnne Marlow - First Full Term
Ms. Marlow joined Greif Industrial Packaging as senior vice president, Chief Human Resources Officer in May 2015 after spending nearly 7 years working as a leader for Cummins, Inc. During her tenure at Cummins, DeeAnne was responsible for Human Resources for the Global Power Generation business segment and all Cummins operations in two regions – Central American and the Middle East. She was also responsible for marketing and sales capability development across Cummins. Ms. Marlow holds a bachelor’s degree from Luther College and an MBA from the University of South Dakota. She is also SPHR Certified and is a Six Sigma Green Belt. DeeAnne and her husband, Rod, reside in Dublin and attend Price of Peace Lutheran Church. They have two daughters.
Sharon Morris - Second Full Term
Mrs. Morris serves as product management director at McGraw-Hill Education, a position she’s held since 2016. Previously, she served as editorial director, senior product sponsor at McGraw-Hill Education, director of core reading at Zaner-Bloser and executive editor at McGraw-Hill, as well as an English teacher early in her career. Mrs. Morris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Wittenberg University and attends Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Dublin, where her husband, John, serves as pastor.
Michelle Nelms, LCDCIII - Second Full Term
Ms. Nelms is currently a case manager for the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. Before gaining her present position, she served as the director of admissions for The Woods at Parkside, an alcohol and other drug treatment facility. Previously, she served as an intensive outpatient counselor and admissions counselor at the facility, as well as a youth specialist at United Methodist Children’s Home. Ms. Nelms graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Addictions Studies at the University of Cincinnati. She and partner, Lisa, live in Columbus and have six children between them. '
Andrew Prakel, CPA - Second Full Term
Since 2008, Mr. Prakel has served as assistant treasurer & corporate controller at White Castle System, Inc. He started his career in public accounting and then held various financial positions for Worthington Foods and AEP Communications before joining White Castle in 2001. Mr. Prakel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Accounting from Ohio Northern University and a Master of Business Administration from Capital University. He is also a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Prakel and his wife, Nancy, live in Dublin and attend Prince of Peace Lutheran Church. The couple has two children, both currently attending Capital University.
Marty Schwalbe - Second Full Term
Currently, Mr. Schwalbe serves as Director of Growth and Learning, Executive Education at The Max M. Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. He also teaches in the Fisher MBA program, and in executive education programs offered by Fisher. Previously, Mr. Schwalbe served as chief strategy officer at Engauge and executive vice president, corporate director of strategy at Fahlgren Marketing/Communications. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Media Management from Ohio University. Mr. Schwalbe and wife, Terri, have two children and live in Dublin.
Beth Sparks, CFP - Second Full Term
Mrs. Sparks currently serves as vice president, investments at Raymond James and has been with the company since 2003. Before joining Raymond James, she worked as a vice president at The Ohio Company and producing manager at McDonald Investments. Mrs. Sparks earned her degree in Business Administration from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University and currently serves as chairman of COSI’s Community Board. Previously she served on the Student Loan Foundation Board of Trustees for Ohio State and the Fairfield County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, as well as serving as an adjunct professor at Franklin University. Mrs. Sparks and husband, Bob, live in Lancaster and attend First Presbyterian Church. The couple has two children.
