Information & Referral Services

• 2-1-1 is a simple, easy-to-remember number to call when you need help or access to human services. It is a free 24-hour service so you get the help you need when you need it. 2-1-1 is operational in the following Ohio counties:         Ashtabula, Brown, Butler, Clermont, Columbiana, Cuyahoga, Defiance, Delaware, Fayette, Franklin, Fulton, Geauga, Greene, Hamilton, Henry, Highland, Lake, Lucas, Mahoning, Medina, Montgomery, Morrow, Ottawa, Pickaway, Pike, Portage, Preble, Ross, Stark, Summit and Williams. When you dial 2-1-1, your call will be answered by the local information & referral agency, which will then direct your call to the appropriate agency when you need:
